She drives high-impact projects, collaborating internally and externally to transform innovation concepts into commercially viable solutions while supporting the growth of joint venture businesses.

With over 13 years of global expertise in R&D, project management, and business development, Xiaoxue has contributed to major organizations such as Mars Petcare, Mars Wrigley, MGI, BGI Group, and RELX. She has led global product innovation, launched over 200 new SKUs, and driven strategic growth through consumer-driven insights, disruptive product development, and commercialization strategies.

Her expertise in new product development, market-driven innovation, and commercialization reinforces Nurasa’s commitment to delivering sustainable and innovative food solutions that meet the evolving needs of consumers, industry partners, and the global ecosystem.
