Strategic Project Manager

Sukhi oversees strategic projects at Nurasa, bringing a dynamic blend of consulting expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and a passion for sustainability to the team. Armed with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics from University College London (UCL), Sukhi began her career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked on high-impact projects, including growth strategy for billion-dollar businesses, food waste reduction initiatives, and national energy policy development.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes founding RAYA Collective, a premium durian brand that partnered with smallholder farmers, and co-founding Algrow Biosciences, a sustainable proteins startup where she built global partnerships and scaled operations across Singapore and India. Prior to that, she also served as General Manager at Hegg Foods, leading product launches in the plant-based food sector.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sukhi is passionate about connecting people—whether through strategic collaborations or bonding over food and fitness. She is an advocate for climate action and an enthusiast of pilates, bouldering, and nutrition.
