She is certified in IHRP-CP and MBTI® Step I™ & Step II™, with a strong track record of collaborating with executive leadership in large corporate settings to implement strategic HR initiatives.

Her expertise spans key HR functions, including Total Rewards, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Global Mobility, Performance and Talent Management, HR Systems, and Payroll. With extensive regional experience, she has spent six years supporting operations across the Middle East and Asia Pacific in eight countries and three years working alongside the Global Business Group HR Director.

Candice has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Friesland Campina AMEA, Puma Energy Services, and Singapore Airlines, where she consistently contributed to talent development and organizational success.
