With a background in chemical engineering from Delft University of Technology, André has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Quest International, Cargill, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at NIZO Food Research.

His expertise spans product and ingredient innovation, plant-based and precision fermentation technologies, regulatory affairs, and scaling solutions from concept to commercialization. Throughout his international career, André has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and South America, bringing a deep, cross-cultural perspective to consumer-centric innovation. He continues to support the advancement of sustainable and science-driven solutions in the food sector.
