CREMER Sustainable Foods (CSF), a joint venture between Nurasa and CREMER, offers contract development and manufacturing organisational (CDMO) capabilities for plant-based alternative proteins. We are one of the few OEM manufacturers of alternative proteins in Asia.
Our 1,000+ sqm manufacturing facility produces 1,500 tonnes of plant-based products annually. CSF aims to support companies in scaling production to commercial scale. We utilise high-moisture extrusion (HME) technology that allows for the texture of plant-based products to more closely resemble that of animal meat.
