Kum Seng brings over 30 years of global and regional finance leadership experience, with deep expertise in governance, M&A, strategy, and risk management. His career spans key leadership roles at ADM, Bunge, and Cargill, combining Big 4 and agri-food industry experience with entrepreneurial agility.

As Strategic and Finance Director, he is responsible for driving financial strategy, overseeing corporate development, and leading key strategic initiatives to strengthen our business and market position.

Prior to this role, Kum Seng served as CFO at ADM, where he led the regional M&A pipeline and managed a finance team overseeing business unit finance, global business services, treasury, tax, credit, and risk management.

His strategic vision and financial expertise play a pivotal role in shaping our growth and advancing sustainable nutrition.
