Recognising the crucial roles of taste and colour in consumer preferences, especially within plant-based products, this collaboration empowers start-ups to taste, test, and refine flavours and colours under expert guidance.

The lab supports start-ups by providing access to a comprehensive library of flavour and colour collections, including taste-masking technologies, fat/salt reduction solutions, and clean label alternatives. It also serves as a facility for prototyping, co-creation, and evaluation during the product development phase. By leveraging Givaudan’s extensive consumer insights, we collaborate with companies to develop solutions that deliver multi-sensorial food experiences preferred by consumers
